At Cordoba Motors Tata, we’ve been keeping trucks on South Africa’s roads since 1986. What started as a mobile repair service from the back of a bakkie has grown into one of KwaZulu-Natal’s most trusted commercial vehicle dealerships and workshops.

Cordoba Motors was founded by Denny Pillay, who began by servicing and repairing vehicles on-site with just one assistant. Through hard work, technical expertise, and a commitment to customer service, the business quickly earned a reputation for reliability.
In 1995, the business took its first major step forward with the purchase of a small workshop. Just two years later, we were appointed as an authorised dealer and service centre for TATA Motors — becoming one of the first in the region to support the brand as it entered South Africa’s truck market.
Over the years, we have continued to grow, expanding our facilities and capabilities while staying true to our roots.
Today, Cordoba Motors is proudly run by brothers Dino and Dersan Pillay, who carry forward the vision their father built. With advanced international training and decades of combined experience, they lead a team committed to delivering quality workmanship and dependable service.
